On June 2008 the video „Give Peace A Chance 2008″ will be released worldwide with the friendly cooperation of Greenpeace Germany Hamburg eV who have provided us with some spectacular, but also wonderful and contemplative excerpts. I am very very happy because KLAUS VOORMANN has given us a very interesting video interview of the good old Hamburg days with the Beatles until to day about his friend Achim Schultz in Munich Germany Composition: Lyrics, lead vocals and bass: Achim Schultz, Vocals/Piano: Sandrina Sedona, Acoustic Guitar: Günther Pekruhl, Lead-Guitar: Holger Enghard, Drums: Carsten Enghard. Achim wrote this song and also produced this exceptional and empathetic video, because peace in the world never takes a rest, there is too much war in this world, hazarded by big-headed, arrogant politicians abusing their power. Klaus Voormann was very pleased to design the John Lennon cover for this video and single, as he was playing the original song at that time live on stage in 1969 together with John Lennon, Eric Clapton and Alan White at the legendary Peace Concert in Toronto. Achim Schultz’s entirely new composition of this song is dedicated to all the people who sacrificed their health and live for peace and we would like to encourage everyone to continue standing up for peace in the world.
